After being screened in Saudi Cinemas, Egyptian cinemas will present the Saudi comedy-drama movie “Alhamour H.A.” on February 15.
Alhamour H.A. is directed by Abdulelah Alqurashi and written by Hani Kadour and Omar Bahabri; co-starring Fahad Al-Qahtani, Khaled Yeslam, Ismail Al-Hassan, Khayria Abu Laban, Hussam Al-Harthy, Ali Al-Sharif, and Fatima Al-Banawi, who took part in Cairo International Film Festival, most recently as a jury member in one the Festival’s competitions.
It is regarded as the first Saudi movie to be -commercially- presented in Egyptian cinemas, a Movie produced by BLVD Studios and Distributed by VOX Cinema.
As for the soundtrack, it’s composed by non-other than Egyptian musician Hesham Nazih.
Alhamour H.A.’s genres are drama and comedy. Additionally, the film is based on true events in Jeddah, the story of Hamour Sawwa, the most popular fraudster in the history of KSA. This fraud occurred in the early 2000s, particularly in 2004, when a businessman established a group of fraudsters to raise funds from stakeholders and offer fake profits.
Subsequently, the victims reached over 40000 with sums of one billion and 400 million SAR through the security guard “Hamed,” who accumulated a vast fortune by non-traditional methods and was assisted by friends and acquaintances. Eventually, his kingdom started to break down due to his depravity and his partners.
