Global stars have came to social media as they prepare for a new work, The Prince, in Cairo, from Money Heist’s Pedro Alonso to Turkish icon Tuba Büyüküstün, actors from 19 different nationalities are currently in Egypt filming it, a high-octane 2027 Shahid thriller by Stephen Hopkins and Salah El Jehaini.
Written by Salah El Jehaini and starring Ahmed Ezz, the high-stakes plot follows an Egyptian officer living a dangerous double life trapped in international conflicts.
In a race against time to stop a catastrophic attack, he must successfully infiltrate a network by posing as one of the world’s most wanted, dangerous terrorists.
Co-starring as well, Amina Khalil and Khaled El Sawy, Sami Sheikh highlighted the unique environment of working in a rare, multi-language workplace.
Alongside local stars like Yasmina El Abd, 19 international crew nationalities are seamlessly communicating across languages, like Turkish stars Tuba Büyüküstün, Özge Özacar, and Meryem Uzerli, British actor Paul Anderson, and Spanish actor Pedro Alonso establishing an unprecedented cross-cultural creative chemistry during filming breaks.
