Air Cairo has expanded its European network by launching its first direct flight from Porto, Portugal, to New Alamein International Airport, carrying 180 passengers.
As the only Egyptian airline linking the two nations, this milestone aims to boost inbound tourism and promote New Alamein as a premier global destination.
Chairman Hussein Sherif emphasized that despite regional challenges, the airline has successfully maintained all scheduled operations without cancellations.
