Yousra Starts Shooting "Sweets Dreams" for Ramadan 2022, and Here's Everything to Know About it

This week, iconic star Yousra starts shooting for her new TV series Sweet Dreams (Ahlam Saeeda). The series is a social-thriller drama set to release in Ramadan 2022. Written by Hala Khalil (Nawara/ Best Times), Sweet Dreams marks Yousra’s second collaboration with director Amr Arafa after Saraya Abdeen.

The series features a star-studded cast alongside Yousra, including Ghada Adel, May Kassab, Nour Mahmoud, and Nabil Nour Eddin, and several other actors to be announced later.

Yousra has always had a can’t-miss TV series, especially those that air in the Ramadan season. Since her series Ayna Qalby (2002), and Malak Ruhi (2003), she has been keen on introducing key social topics accompanied by a new generation of talented actors who later hit the industry as prolific names. Yousra’s top Ramadan series include Adiyyeit Raie Aam (Public Opinion Issue), Fi Aydee Amina (In Good Hands), Sharbat Louz, Fo’k Mostawa Elshobohat (Above Suspicion), and Khianat Ahd, in addition to last year’s hit series Harb Ahleya (Civil War), starring Bassel Khayat and Jamila Awad beside her.
