Cairo News Channel has reported a violent incident in the city of Taba, where a brawl broke out in a hotel, resulting in serious injuries. According to a well-informed Egyptian source, the altercation involved an Egyptian worker and four tourists from Arab 48, leading to severe injuries.
Contrary to initial reports suggesting a stabbing attack, a high-ranking Egyptian source clarified that the incident was a fight, not a stabbing. The source explained that the dispute arose when the tourists attempted to obtain hotel services without payment, sparking a brawl with hotel workers.
As a result, the Egyptian worker and three other workers sustained injuries, along with three tourists from Arab 48. All injured parties have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
Eyewitnesses confirmed to Cairo News Channel that there were no fatalities, but the situation is under investigation by security authorities to determine the exact circumstances.
