It’s official; Cairo’s east and west are officially breaking up because Sachi is finally opening in Sheikh Zayed’s Park St., making it the third branch of the restaurant, with the original branch in Heliopolis, and the second in North Cost.
The new branch will open in Park St., an exclusive business-centric complex that envisions a positive change to the face of West Cairo’s urban heart.
Expertly conceived to address the need for fine-dining and fabulous social space, Park St. brings the finest dining, medical and shopping providers in a one-stop-shop that caters to your workday and nightlife.
Sachi has quickly become the top fine dining restaurant in the city, with a 5-star rating on trip advisor from 886 reviews, due to its Mediterranean-Asian curated menu, cozy space, fine wines.
Sachi’s most famous dishes include the Chateaubriand, a sharing dish with a South-African cut of meat that pairs perfectly with a glass of red Alesana wine.
According to “Hospitality News Magazine” the new restaurant will have an expanded menu, offering new Mediterranean fusion dishes while keeping all the Heliopolis menu favorites, like the Chateaubriand, the Salmon Salad, and the Sachi Fries.
Top Chef Reif Othman, the restaurant’s culinary advisor, will be introducing a whole new concept to the restaurant; The Robata Grill, Robatayaki in Japanese. This cooking method is similar to a barbecue in which food items are cooked at varying speeds over hot charcoal.
