The service allows travelers to stay connected through free text messaging and unlimited voice notes throughout their journey. Additionally, the airline is offering up to two hours of complimentary internet voice calls, ensuring that passengers can reach colleagues or family members while in the air.
This update is available on a specific range of modern aircraft within the fleet, including the Airbus A350-900, Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, Airbus A320neo, Airbus A321, and the Boeing 737 MAX 8. The move aims to enhance the passenger experience by bridging the gap between the cabin and the ground.
