The UK government expanded the travel red list by adding seven countries. Travelers returning to the UK from these countries will now face mandatory quarantine at hotels, including testing for COVID-19 throughout.
Egypt is added to the travel red list, in addition to Bahrain, Costa Rica, Sudan, Sri Lanka, as well as Caribbean destinations Trinidad and Tobago will also turn red after the latest update.
